Dr. Mohammed Nagy Serour is a Specialist Paediatrician at the Medcare Royal Speciality Hospital. He completed his MBBCh in Paediatric Intensive Care from Menoufia Medical College, Egypt and his MSc in Paediatrics from Ain Shams University, Egypt. He holds a Diploma in Paediatric Nutrition from Ireland and a Fellowship from the European Society of Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care (ESPNIC). He is a member of the Egyptian Society for Neonatal and Preterm Care and the Egyptian Society for Paediatric Intensive Care.

Dr. Serour has worked across Egypt, Kuwait and the UAE, establishing himself as a skilled Paediatrician. In Egypt, he first served as a Paediatric Registrar at the Ghamra Military Hospital, then as a Paediatric Intensivist at Al Galaa Military Hospital and as a Paediatric Specialist at the Chest Speciality Hospital. He also spent 4 years  in Kuwait as a Paediatric Intensivist Specialist at Farwanyia Hospital, Kuwait before relocating to the UAE to work with the  Zulekha Hospital.

Dr. Serour’s expertise lies in treating paediatric heart conditions, paediatric endocrinology conditions and paediatric chest diseases. He believes in managing his patients well, whether in the General Ward or the PICU until complete recovery, following up on the mental and growth development of neonates, managing paediatric chest and allergy disease and paying special attention to children in critical conditions. He keeps track of children’s vaccination schedules and nutritional requirements for healthy as well as unhealthy children in all growth stages. He has successfully managed critical cases, chest diseases, neurological, gastroenterological and nutritional conditions in paediatric patients.

He is also interested in research and has actively published research papers in national and international journals articles published by him
